As of 2021, the new Cadastral Plans now include a Data Chart with georeferenced points with their CRTM05 East and North Coordinates. This new system is very accurate and much more secure, but it no longer displays the distances between points, making it difficult for anyone to know the distances to the property boundaries.

Send us a clear copy of your cadastral plan; we'll process the information contained in the CRTM05 Chart on your plot plan, generate new data, and return a copy of your cadastral plan showing the corresponding Distance Table. Now you'll be able to identify and read all the distances between the property boundary points.
